Dozen eggs
6 tablespoons mayo
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
2 teaspoons pickle juice or white vinegar
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Paprika, for garnish
1 pack cocktail weenies (I like lil smokies)
Ketchup, mustard, relish/teeny tiny pickle chips for weenie topping (I don't know where to buy tiny pickle chips or how to make them, but I'm sure I'd be time-consuming, so)
Anything else to make it fun, optional: bacon crumbles, chopped pickled jalapenos, etc.
Make deviled eggs like a normal person would.
Roast or pan-fry the weenies.
Cool the weenies, then put on top of deviled eggs.
Top the weenies with thin lines of ketchup and mustard (can make homemade piping tool with Ziploc bag like I do), and a dab or relish / couple of teeny tiny pickle chips!
