½ cup unsalted butter, very soft
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
8 slices white bread
12 slices mozzarella cheese
6 ounces pepperoni
Make like a regular grilled cheese, except add pepperonis and pizza sauce along with the cheese.
Sprinkle some dried parsley or crushed red pepper on top.
Note: Use thick bread, or it'll be sad-looking.
