1 box Penne Pasta
24 oz. vodka sauce
1 pound ground sirloin (cooked)
Fresh mozzarella (sliced)
Fresh basil (thinly sliced to garnish (optional))
Garlic bread (optional)
Cook pasta in a dutch oven per package directions.
Drain water, stir in vodka sauce and cooked ground sirloin.
Top with sliced fresh mozzarella.
Place under the broiler (or move to wider pan first) until cheese is melted and starting to bubble (make sure your pan is high-temperature oven safe).
Serve with fresh basil and toasted garlic bread.
